These terms apply when you browse or buy from ONYXVAULT. By placing an order you accept them.

1. About us

ONYXVAULT operates this online store. Company registration and address details are listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Using this store

You may browse and buy from this store if you are able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour, finish or packaging can occur, and where a product is explicitly sold as varying (for example "styles will vary") this is noted on the product page.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description, that is covered by our return policy.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Import duties and taxes for international deliveries are not included — see the shipping policy.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• the item is out of stock
• we cannot ship to your address
• we suspect fraud or a payment problem
• the price was listed in error (see above)

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We do not store your card details — see the privacy policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Set out in full in the return policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this store — text, layout, and our own images — belongs to ONYXVAULT. Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law
