We started ONYXVAULT in 2020 with a simple idea: make it easy to find well-made everyday things without wading through pages of near-identical listings.
Since then we have grown steadily, serving customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. That growth came from doing two things consistently — widening the range carefully, and putting customer satisfaction ahead of catalogue size.
How we choose what to sell
We work directly with our suppliers rather than drop-shipping blind. That means we can ask questions about materials and manufacturing before a product goes live, and it means the range stays small enough for us to actually stand behind it.
Today that range covers six areas: automotive parts and tools, toys and games, office supplies, beauty and personal care, home and kitchen, and industrial hardware. They have little in common on paper — but each one is a category where getting the right item matters more than getting the cheapest one.

Where we're going
E-commerce moves quickly, and we would rather adapt than defend a setup that worked three years ago. We keep improving how the store works, how quickly orders go out, and how easy it is to get an answer from a person when something goes wrong.
